Dear Diary,

You know sometimes I really hate being Empress. Its so restrictive and I feel like I can not be myself. My mother and father both frown on just about everything fun that I do. I am supposed to be the embodiment of the Rose Age yet I am not allowed to show the love and affection that this age stands for in the way I wish. So what if I like to hug people instead of shaking hands? What if I like holding hands with Zeyan in public (or kissing for that matter)? Why do people always have to give me a hard time? Its really getting to me. I study hard and I take good care of my people should that not be enough for any queen?

At least the hunt for Sailor Silver Rose is progressing well. I can feel her presence stronger and stronger every day. If I do not find her soon I am sure that she will awaken all on her own. If she does it will be no problem to find her. I really wish I had Titana with me though. She would have found her already I am sure of it. That cat is like a bloodhound.

Right now I just hope I get to her in time. I can see a dark path forming in this city and it is starting to scare me. I do not want to face what is coming alone. Or worse have the princess of this planet caught up in its evil.

Personality: Affectionate almost to an annoying level. She loves hugs and holding hands with her friends.

Known Occupation: Empress of the planet Selenia and Grand Regent of The Rose Age

Abilities: Can see and manipulate fate on minor levels. Healing Abilitys as well as various powers gained when weilding the Selenia Rose Crystal.

Apperance:

Celestria has long silvery green hair that ends at around mid calf length and the top portion is pulled back into two ondaga's on each side of her head with most of the rest of her hair hanging loose down her back. She has a the light rosey peach colored skin of her Selenian people and there striking wine colored eyes. She dresses mainly in long flowing robes or gowns in colors of pastel pinks and greens or deep rose colors. She prefers circlets and tiaras to crowns but is known to wear the Rose Regent Crown on very special occations.

She like all sailors has a tranformation. Her outfit is your basic sailor scout uniform though her bust lacks the bow and instead has a pair of small pink double wings on each side of her broach. Her skirt is tri-tiered, the top is a light pink the next is a deep rose that matches her eyes and the final is white. She has a small silver disk engraved with a rose and three silver teardrops hanging from it and a pair of long white ribbons attached center of the V hem at her waist. The bow on her back is a little larger than your basic scout and tapers gracefully to almost her ankles. She has three rose colored pearls and three light pink feathers on both her gloves elbows and in her hair decorating her Ondaga's. Also attached to her Odanga's are two pink ribbons that taper gracfully back to small points. Her necklace is a thin ribbon wrapped losely around her neck with a small silver crecent hanging from the lowest point. Probably the most notable feature of her costume is the small light pink wings that sprout from her shoulder blades and are fully functional.

Setting and other information:

Celestias story has no crossover with Sailor Moon. At this time I have NO intention of her ever meeting Sailor Moon. Her only knowledge of her is that she is a strong princess from a neighboring galaxy.

Celestia can in fact control Fate. She is the Guardian of Fates and Destiny. However it is forbidden for her to ever use her powers to alter major events. She is however able to strengthen one of the many possible fates that we are all destined to travel.

Sailor Destinys current mission is to awake the Rose Guardians. A team of 5 Sailor scouts including herself. Each one belonging to one of the 5 major planets in the Solar System where her planet is located. Each also a princess like herself however the planets do not have as structured and anient family lines like her own so finding the true princess among the various tribes and citys among them is proving to be extremely difficult.
